About The Author

Gil Bryan is a perfect example of how one can beat the odds and win at life. He endured the sudden death of his father when he was six, the loss of his brother in a head-on collision with a drunk driver in his third year of college, and the uncertainty of survival during his own military service in the Gulf War (Desert Storm). With faith and determination, Gil overcame these obstacles and rebuilt his life as a successful entrepreneur and author.

Gil’s teaching of the differences between the sexes developed in an unconventional way.  As an owner/stylist of a beauty salon and over 16 years in the beauty industry, Gil had the unique opportunity to interact with people on both a personal and professional level.  The adversity he had faced in his own life and the spiritual peace he subsequently achieved fueled his desire to reach out and guide others who were experiencing emotional pain or turmoil.

In addition to being a successful businessperson for almost 20 years, Gil is a highly respected consultant, mentor, and educator. He has spoken to a variety of audiences, including youth groups, university students, employees, church organizations, and business leaders, on a wide range of topics, such as gender relationships, cultural diversity, self-esteem, leadership, and entrepreneurial development.

Gil currently resides in Covington, Georgia with his beautiful wife, whom he has been married to for 11years.

Gil your book was great to read.  I don't usually read nonfiction books but yours really kept my attention and I even learned a thing or two.

I've known you for quite some time but I never knew you knew so much about God and dealing with the opposite sex.
